You give a lot of time to work with youth, why is this work so attractive to you?

Working with young, talented colleagues gives me not only great joy and pleasure, but it primarily helps them to reveal their talents in our joint work, and also gives me the opportunity to take a worthy place in the world of professional musicians in a shorter, but no less thorny way. Many of my young colleagues now work in the best orchestras in the world and perform solo concerts. If there is a share of my work in their successes, then I consider my task completed.
