This Privacy Policy governs the processing and use of personal data of individuals using the services of the Site https://jurilebedev.com/, (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).
By transmitting personal data to the Operator through the use of the Site and registration on the Site, the User gives his consent (voluntary and unlimited) to the use of personal data on the conditions set forth in this Privacy Policy. This consent is conscious. The user agrees to the processing of personal data freely, by his will and in his interest. The consent is not written, as the Operator does not process special and biometric personal data. Consent is given in accordance with paragraph 1 of Art. 9 of the Federal Law of July 27, 2006 N 152-FZ (as amended on February 22, 2017) “On Personal Data”.
If the User does not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, he is obliged to stop using the Site.
An unconditional acceptance of this Privacy Policy is the beginning of the use of the Site by the User.
The operator can update the Policy as necessary. We recommend that Users periodically check the relevance of this Policy. By continuing to use the Site after changing the Policy, you confirm your agreement with the changes.
- Terms
1.1. Site – a site located on the Internet at https://jurilebedev.com/. All exclusive rights to the Site and its individual elements (including software, design) belong to the Operator in full. Transfer of exclusive rights to the User is not the subject of this Privacy Policy.
1.2. User – a person using the Site.
1.3. Personal data – the personal data of the User that the User provides about himself independently during Registration or in the process of using the Site.
1.4. Personal data processing – any action (operation) or a set of actions (operations) performed using automation tools or without using such tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), retrieval, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.

- Composition of information about Users
2.1. The operator processes the following personal data:
- Username
- E-mail address
- Phone number
- Mailing address
2.2. The processing of the above personal data is carried out by the Operator solely for the purpose of concluding and executing contracts for the remote sale of goods posted on the Site. The Operator does not disseminate personal data or transfer it to third parties.
2.3. To receive the Internet newsletter about promotions and receive promotional information materials (sent to Users so that they can navigate and make the right choice of goods), only the User’s name and Email address must be specified. The user can unsubscribe at any time by sending the Operator a request to unsubscribe from the mailing list: juri.lebedev@t-online.de or by clicking the appropriate button “unsubscribe from the newsletter” in the body of the mailing list.
- The procedure for processing personal data
3.1. The operator undertakes to use Personal Data in accordance with Federal Law “On Personal Data” No. 152-ФЗ dated July 27, 2006 and this privacy policy.
3.2. With regard to the User’s personal data, their confidentiality is maintained, except when the specified data is publicly available.
3.3. The operator has the right to store personal only on servers in the Russian Federation.
3.4. The operator has the right to transfer the personal data of the User without the consent of the User to the following persons:
3.4.1 to state bodies, including bodies of inquiry and investigation, and local authorities at their motivated request;
3.4.2 in other cases expressly provided for by applicable laws of the Russian Federation.
3.5. The operator has the right to transfer personal data to third parties not specified in clause 3.4. of this Privacy Policy, in the following cases:
3.5.1 the User has expressed his consent to such actions;
3.5.2 transfer is necessary as part of the use of the Site by the User or the provision of Services to the User;
3.5.3 the transfer takes place as part of the sale or other transfer of the business (in whole or in part), while all obligations to comply with the terms of this Policy are transferred to the acquirer.
3.6. The operator performs automated processing of personal data.
- Rights and obligations of the User
4.1. The User agrees not to disclose to third parties the login and password used by him for identification on the Site.
4.2. The user agrees to exercise due diligence when storing the password when entering it.
4.3. When registering on the Site, the user undertakes to use complex combinations of characters to create a username / password.
4.4. The User agrees not to provide third parties with the use of a computer device if free access to the User’s personal account is possible from it.
4.5. The user guarantees that all personal data is relevant and does not apply to third parties.
4.6. The user has the right to change, delete his personal data. The user can edit personal data in the profile created during registration.
- Protection of personal data
5.1. The operator provides appropriate protection of personal data in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and takes the necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect personal data.
5.2. To ensure the security of personal data during its processing, the Operator takes measures to protect personal data from unlawful or accidental access to it, their destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, providing, disseminating, as well as from other illegal actions in relation to personal data.

– data backup;

Personal information is stored on the company’s server and can be used to subsequently inform customers about new promotions and services, as well as to conduct marketing, statistical and other studies.

- Other Provisions
7.1. The Law of the Russian Federation shall apply to this Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Operator arising in connection with the application of the Privacy Policy.
7.2. All possible disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law at the place of registration of the Operator.
Before going to court, the User must comply with the mandatory pre-trial procedure and send the Operator a written complaint. The response period for a claim is 30 (thirty) business days.
7.3. If, for one reason or another, one or more provisions of the Privacy Policy are declared invalid or null and void, this does not affect the validity or applicability of the remaining provisions of the Privacy Policy.
7.4. The Operator has the right at any time to change the Privacy Policy (in whole or in part) unilaterally without prior approval from the User. All changes take effect the day after posting on the Site.
7.5. The user undertakes to independently monitor changes to the Privacy Policy by reviewing the current edition.
